Recipe: Fruit salad spring rolls

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of tahini
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup watermelon, julienned
  • 1/2 green apple, julienned
  • 1/4 cup pineapple, julienned
  • 8 spring roll wrappers


  1. To make the tahini yogurt sauce, in a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, tahini, cocoa powder, and honey. cold
  2. Fill a medium bowl with warm water and submerge it in spring wrap. Move it until it feels very flexible, about 30 seconds. Place on a clean cutting board and pat dry with a paper towel.
  3. Add about 1/8 serving of watermelon, pineapple and apple. Tape the sides of the wrap and roll it up tightly.
  4. Repeat this process with the remaining rolls. Cut each roll in half.
  5. Serve the spring rolls with tahini yogurt sauce.
